If you do not need mobile phone support, please buy the Tel-Lynx Guardian Plus instead of TLC Plus.

Please watch the video on our home page and read the Start Up Guide before purchasing. You should only purchase Tel-Lynx if you are comfortable with and understand the set up procedure. You can contact us through our support web page and we will be glad to answer any questions that are not covered in the Start Up Guide. We respond to emails promptly. In general, we don't provide phone support. You should be comfortable with email support when purchasing Tel-Lynx.
We use PayPal checkout with World-class Security and Purchase Protection. Buy with confidence using your credit card or your PayPal account. In either case, your entire purchase will be handled by PayPal through a secure link. We never have access to or store your credit card information.
Most orders go out the next business day. We can only ship to US addresses. We use USPS Priority Mail with 1-3 day delivery. You will be able to track your shipment from the time it leaves our warehouse until you receive it.
For your convenience, we ship without Signature Confirmation. If you're concerned about a package being left in your mailbox or at your doorstep, please request that your package be held at the Post Office for you (add this request in the shipping instructions during PayPal checkout).

Although having a phone service with caller ID number delivery is not required to use TLC Plus, it is highly advisable. Without caller ID number delivery, TLC Plus will qualify all callers every time they call in. However, caller ID with both name and number delivery is not required.
Ooma Users: Tel-Lynx products work with the second generation Ooma Telo device. However, it appears that Tel-Lynx is incompatible with the old, first generation Ooma Hub device. If you have an Ooma Hub, you will need to replace it with an Ooma Telo in order to be able to use Tel-Lynx
DSL Users: Tel-Lynx products work with many but not all DSL phone service installations. There is no way to tell if Tel-Lynx will be compatible with a given DSL phone service up front. Therefore we are not recommending Tel-Lynx if you have DSL. If you have DSL and want to try it and it does not work, you can send it back to us in original condition and we will refund your purhcase minus a $10 handling fee.
To be able to update Tel-Lynx with the latest firmware, a PC with internet connectivity that is running Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8.x, or Windows 10 is required. This kind of PC is also required if you want to record phone conversations.
Preliminary PC software (optional) is available on our website.

Until the full software is released, the following will be unavailable: The ability to make changes to Tel-Lynx with the PC, e-mailed voice mail, and the ability to make and take calls on the PC. All other features are working, including phone book import and export from/to a PC.
